Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Bogotá, D.C., with the flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. As the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Infolaft, you will oversee the technological infrastructure of the company to ensure alignment with business goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading software development projects, defining the IT and architecture strategy, managing technology teams, and overseeing product development. You'll collaborate closely with other executives to drive innovation and maintain the organization's competitive edge.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Software Development and Architecture
  • Strong expertise in IT Strategy and Project Management
  • Experience in Product Development and leading technology teams
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Proven ability to align technology initiatives with business objectives
  • Experience in the fintech or technology solutions industry is a plus
  • Advanced degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
