Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Specialist based in Bogotá, D.C. The Production Specialist will be responsible for planning, overseeing, and coordinating production schedules to ensure efficiency and timely completion of tasks. Responsibilities include managing production operations, implementing quality control standards, and providing training to staff to maintain high performance and operational standards. Strong communication and collaboration with team members and other departments is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Production Planning and Production Management
  • Experience in implementing and maintaining Quality Control measures
  • Proficiency in Communication and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Experience in training and mentoring team members to ensure consistent performance
  • Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Familiarity with relevant software tools and systems for production management
  • Degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
