Talent Acquisition Specialist
to support our Talent team in finding the right talent across our core disciplines:
Data, Technology, Media, and Production
. You will work on end-to-end, high-volume recruitment processes for multiple countries (
Colombia, Costa Rica, and Peru
) and help build strong talent pipelines for recurring needs.
We are looking for someone
proactive, organized, and agile
, who enjoys fast-paced environments and managing multiple roles at once.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage
end-to-end, high-volume recruitment processes
for roles in Data, Tech, Media, and Production. - Conduct sourcing, screening, interviews, shortlisting, and candidate submissions to hiring managers.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for recurrent roles.
- Use diverse sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, talent pools, etc.).
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the process.
- Collaborate with hiring teams across Colombia, Costa Rica, and Peru to understand role requirements and ensure alignment.
- Track and report recruitment KPIs such as pipeline status, time-to-fill, and quality of candidates.
- Keep the ATS updated and ensure adherence to PGD hiring standards and processes.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience
in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment (mass or high-volume hiring required). - Experience hiring in digital, tech, media, BPO, or similar environments is a plus.
- Good conversational
English level
. - Highly proactive, organized, and able to manage several processes simultaneously.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with ATS and sourcing/recruitment tools.
