An innovative company using AI-powered PR tools to simplify finding journalists, sending pitches, running campaigns, and tracking results is seeking a skilled and reliable Content Marketing Specialist. 

This role combines content marketing, light account management, and some operations support. The Content Marketing Specialist will work closely with the founder to create high-quality content, manage client communications, and keep projects organized in a fast-paced startup environment. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the USA and be able to create content from a US perspective. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Create high-quality content that supports SEO, brand visibility, and client goals (70% of the role). 
  • Manage client communication, provide updates, gather requirements, and ensure satisfaction (20%). 
  • Support operational tasks such as project tracking, reporting, and coordination (10%). 
  • Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to speed up content production and automate repetitive tasks. 
  • Collaborate closely with the founder and team through Slack and Asana. 
  • Maintain a high level of consistency, accuracy, and attention to detail in all deliverables. 
  • Contribute to improving processes, tools, and workflows as the company grows.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in content marketing, SEO, PR, and/or brand visibility. 
  • Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently with clients. 
  • Strong experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to enhance content output.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment where tasks and priorities can shift. 
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver consistently reliable work day to day. 
  • Growth mindset—open to learning new tools, improving skills, and taking on new challenges.
  • Strong organizational skills and familiarity with project management tools, especially Asana. 
  • Background working in an SEO agency is preferred, but not required.
