Our 120-person team of creatives, producers, designers, editors, and strategists produces thousands of ads weekly for lifestyle, beauty, fashion, food, and major DTC brands. With 50,000 sq. ft. of DTLA studios and a high-volume content engine, quality control is mission-critical—and we need a Creative QC Specialist who ensures every design, layout, caption, storyboard, and visual asset is polished, on-brand, and ready to perform.

High Scale moves fast. With hundreds of creative assets produced daily—from graphics to storyboards to video captions—the Creative QC Specialist is the final line of defense before content reaches clients or enters production.
Your role ensures that every visual and written asset aligns with brand standards, creative strategy, and platform best practices. You will safeguard consistency, elevate creative clarity, and prevent costly mistakes that impact timelines, performance, and client trust.
When you approve something, the entire production pipeline relies on it.
What You'll Do
1. Review & Approve All Creative Assets
- Conduct meticulous QC checks on graphics, storyboards, layouts, thumbnails, scripts, and captions.
- Ensure design accuracy, brand consistency, tone alignment, and adherence to creative briefs.
- Check spacing, alignment, typography, hierarchy, color usage, and overall visual clarity.
2. Ensure Consistency & Brand Alignment
- Validate that all creative assets follow brand guidelines, instructions, and campaign direction.
- Confirm messaging accuracy, grammar, captions, and storytelling continuity.
- Ensure assets are platform-appropriate across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Amazon, and web.
3. Partner with Designers, Editors & Creative Leads
- Provide precise, actionable feedback that improves clarity and execution.
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, editors, and producers to resolve issues quickly.
- Understand creative intent so QC enhances—not dilutes—the concept.
4. Maintain Creative Quality Standards
- Uphold High Scale's internal benchmarks for design quality, clarity, and performance readiness.
- Track repeated issues and collaborate with leadership to improve processes and training.
- Develop QC checklists and scalable SOPs that support high-volume creative workflows.
5. Optimize Workflow & Efficiency
- Identify quality gaps and propose solutions that reduce revisions.
- Help streamline creative review cycles to maintain fast turnaround standards.
- Support a culture where speed and quality work in harmony—not in conflict.
Who You Are
1. Detail-Obsessed & Visually Meticulous
- You notice what others miss—spacing issues, color inconsistencies, awkward phrasing, layout misalignments.
- Precision, clarity, and consistency are your default settings.
2. Experienced in Creative or Design QC
- 2–5 years in a QC, design review, creative operations, post-production, or agency environment.
- Strong understanding of advertising creatives, social-first formats, and brand guidelines.
3. Skilled in Design & Creative Fundamentals
- Able to evaluate hierarchy, typography, composition, color, and messaging clarity.
- Familiarity with design tools (Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator) at a review-competent level.
4. Strong Communicator
- Provide clear, concise, actionable notes in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to translate creative issues into simple fixes without overcomplicating the process.
5. Fast, Reliable & Calm Under Pressure
