We are looking for a
Senior Marketing Specialist
to serve as the central creative and operational hub for the
Oscurro Group
. This role is responsible for coordinating the visual identity and digital presence of all businesses within the group. By bridging the gap between conceptual ideas, graphic design, and physical production, the Senior Marketing Specialist ensures that all brand touch points - from social media captions to physical merchandise - are executed with high quality and consistency.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Social Media & Content Coordination
- Monitor all social media accounts for every business entity within the Oscurro Group to ensure community engagement.
- Generate original ideas for digital content that align with the unique voice of each brand.
- Request and provide clear direction to graphic designers to ensure the visual output meets brand standards.
- Schedule and post all content, including the writing of creative and engaging captions.
- Coordinate with the web team to ensure all digital content on the Shopify platform is accurate and current.
Production & Collateral Coordination
- Coordinate the printing of all marketing documents, including flyers, project sheets, and brochures.
- Coordinate the production of all marketing materials to ensure brand alignment across all physical touchpoints.
- Coordinate the development and production of firm merchandise and apparel.
- Work closely with the administrative team to coordinate the shipping and fulfillment of products.
- Oversee inventory levels and coordinate with vendors for fulfillment
Strategic Support & Communication
- Coordinate with external photographers, printers, and vendors to ensure high-quality production.
- Act as the primary point of contact between creative designers, the web team, and administrative staff.
- Coordinate across all departments to ensure the Oscurro Group's visual identity remains cohesive.
Community & Client Engagement
- Monitor brand mentions and industry conversations to identify opportunities for the brands to join trending discussions.
- Serve as the first point of contact for public inquiries on social platforms, coordinating with the right team member to provide accurate responses.
- Coordinate relationships with industry influencers or partners for potential collaborations or features.
- Work with the web team to coordinate email subscriber lists and the distribution of monthly updates or product launches.
Market Research & Trends
- Review the marketing activities of similar design firms and lifestyle brands to identify new content styles or product trends.
- Monitor industry news and digital trends to suggest fresh ideas for content or new merchandise categories.
- Coordinate the collection of customer feedback from Shopify or social media to help the team understand what products or content are performing best.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Collect and organize performance data from social media and Shopify (e.g., reach, engagement, top-selling items).
- P
repare concise summaries of what worked well and what didn't to help you make informed decisions for the following week.
Brand Visibility & Events
- Coordinate the logistics for any physical pop-ups, showroom events, or firm celebrations.
- Coordinate the scheduling and preparation for project or product photoshoots, ensuring the photographers have the brief they need.
- Coordinate the submission of brand stories or project highlights to industry blogs, magazines and awards.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be fluent in both English and Spanish
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in a marketing role within real estate, property development, architecture, interior design, or a related industry.
- Proven experience overseeing social media accounts for multiple brands simultaneously.
- Strong background in writing marketing copy and captions with a distinct brand voice.
- Experience working with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms for content and product coordination.
- Ability to provide professional direction to graphic designers and evaluate visual assets.
CORE COMPETENCIES
- Exceptional ability to coordinate multiple moving parts, from digital schedules to physical product shipping.
- Familiarity with social media scheduling tools, email marketing software, and the Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate between creative, administrative, and web teams.
- High level of accuracy in reviewing content, print proofs, and website updates.
