En Open English y Next U, líderes globales en educación digital, buscamos un Customer Service Executive para unirse a nuestro equipo corporativo y acompañar a nuestros clientes empresariales en su experiencia con nuestras plataformas.
Responsabilidades principales- Gestionar el onboarding de clientes de alianzas, identificando necesidades y asegurando una correcta adopción del servicio.
- Realizar el customer journey de las cuentas asignadas siguiendo métricas y procesos establecidos.
- Ejecutar demostraciones de producto, acciones de fidelización y estrategias comerciales con el cliente.
- Hacer seguimiento al proceso de postventa, asegurando cumplimiento de KPIs y entregando reportes claros.
- Implementar estrategias para retención y renovación de cuentas corporativas.
- Técnico/tecnólogo o formación afín al área comercial o administrativa.
- Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en servicio al cliente B2B, ventas o gestión de cuentas corporativas.
- Experiencia analizando información para generar reportes y estrategias.
- Manejo de MS Office (Excel y PowerPoint).
- Experiencia en fidelización y renovación de cuentas corporativas.
- Conocimiento en CRM (Salesforce).
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita.
- Capacidad analítica y resolución de problemas.
- Organización, seguimiento y orientación al detalle.
- Trabajo en equipo y autonomía.
- Proactividad para aprender sobre EdTech y modelos digitales.
Hasta USD 600 mensuales, según cumplimiento de KPIs como:
- Cash collected
- % de renovación
- Logo renewal %
- Otros indicadores operativos y de calidad
