About the role

We are looking for a
Strategic Procurement Specialist
responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing strategies to acquire key goods and services across the organization. This role plays a crucial part in driving efficiency, cost savings, innovation, and quality within the procurement process.


Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the timely acquisition of goods and services with optimal pricing, quality, and negotiation terms.
  • Design and maintain category strategies based on market research, cost-in-use analysis, market drivers, and risk factors.
  • Provide technical and strategic guidance to internal stakeholders, aligning their needs with market offerings.
  • Conduct comparative analyses of supplier proposals (price, quality, lead times, payment terms, availability).
  • Prepare and conduct negotiations with strategic suppliers.
  • Establish competitive tension processes for leverage categories.
  • Monitor market trends to identify opportunities, risks, and necessary adjustments.
  • Support supplier evaluations and follow up on action plans.
  • Analyze reports and performance indicators, creating improvement plans as needed.


Required Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Business, Economics, or related fields.
  • 4 years of experience
    in procurement or sourcing.
  • Advanced English level.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical thinking, planning, decision-making, and adaptability skills.
