What You'll Do
Do you have the detail orientation and drive to help a global organization expand its reach? As a TTEC Procurement Specialist, you'll support the Pre-Sales team by:
- Managing the full vendor registration lifecycle — from registration and validation to renewals and scoring.
- Monitoring procurement and vendor portals daily to identify new RFPs and opportunities.
- Coordinating with Legal, Finance, and InfoSec to collect and submit required documentation.
- Maintaining a central repository of compliance, security, and company information.
- Collaborating with Portfolio Leaders, Marketing, and BDRs to align target accounts and priorities.
- Notifying BDRs and Sellers when registrations are approved to enable proactive engagement.
- Ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and confidentiality of all information handled.
What You Bring To The Role
- 1–3 years of experience in administrative, operations, or process coordination roles.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Relations, or related field (preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Intermediate English proficiency (written and spoken).
- Excellent organizational and project coordination skills.
- Comfortable collaborating across departments and handling sensitive information.
- Proactive, curious, and process-driven mindset.
- Experience with Excel, Salesforce, and procurement platforms is a plus.
