On behalf of a World famous ICT Company- Huawei , we are looking for an Procurement Specialist
Main responsibilities:
- Manage purchasing of telecom equipment, materials, and services.
- Conduct supplier sourcing, quotation comparison, and contract preparation.
- Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules with vendors.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and telecom regulations.
- Coordinate with technical, finance, and logistics teams to meet project needs.
- Monitor supplier performance and maintain accurate records in ERP systems.
- Support cost-saving and process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- B2 level of English.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Team player with a sense of responsibility and integrity.
- Strong project management and reporting skills.
- Good understanding of telecom equipment and network materials (e.g., fiber, BTS, routers, antennas).
- Knowledge of procurement and sourcing processes (RFQ, RFP, PO, contracts).
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
- Understanding of contract terms, Incoterms, and supplier agreements.
- Ability to analyze prices, costs, and market conditions.
