On behalf of a World famous ICT Company- Huawei , we are looking for an Procurement Specialist

Main responsibilities:

  • Manage purchasing of telecom equipment, materials, and services.
  • Conduct supplier sourcing, quotation comparison, and contract preparation.
  • Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules with vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and telecom regulations.
  • Coordinate with technical, finance, and logistics teams to meet project needs.
  • Monitor supplier performance and maintain accurate records in ERP systems.
  • Support cost-saving and process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • B2 level of English.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
  • Team player with a sense of responsibility and integrity.
  • Strong project management and reporting skills.
  • Good understanding of telecom equipment and network materials (e.g., fiber, BTS, routers, antennas).
  • Knowledge of procurement and sourcing processes (RFQ, RFP, PO, contracts).
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
  • Understanding of contract terms, Incoterms, and supplier agreements.
  • Ability to analyze prices, costs, and market conditions.
