What You'll Do
Do you have the detail orientation and drive to help a global organization expand its reach? As a TTEC Procurement Specialist, you'll support the Pre-Sales team by:
Managing the full vendor registration lifecycle — from registration and validation to renewals and scoring.
Monitoring procurement and vendor portals daily to identify new RFPs and opportunities.
Coordinating with Legal, Finance, and InfoSec to collect and submit required documentation.
Maintaining a central repository of compliance, security, and company information.
Collaborating with Portfolio Leaders, Marketing, and BDRs to align target accounts and priorities.
Notifying BDRs and Sellers when registrations are approved to enable proactive engagement.
Ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and confidentiality of all information handled.
What You Bring to the Role
1–3 years of experience in administrative, operations, or process coordination roles.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Relations, or related field (preferred).
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
Intermediate English proficiency (written and spoken).
Excellent organizational and project coordination skills.
Comfortable collaborating across departments and handling sensitive information.
Proactive, curious, and process-driven mindset.
Experience with Excel, Salesforce, and procurement platforms is a plus.
