**Role Overview**

**What You Will be Doing**:

- Support the procurement lifecycle across assigned categories: sourcing, supplier evaluation, price negotiations, purchase requisitions, and contract finalization.
- Coordinate with internal departments (IT, Marketing, Construction, Studio Operations, etc.) to understand needs and deliver timely procurement solutions.
- Conduct supplier research and benchmarking to identify qualified vendors and ensure competitive pricing.
- Maintain accurate documentation and procurement records across platforms and systems.
- Track and follow up on deliveries, contract timelines, and supplier performance.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, internal controls, and budget allocations.
- Assist in drafting and reviewing purchase orders, RFQs, and basic contract terms.
- Collaborate closely with team leads and Head of Procurement on project-based initiatives and process improvements.
- Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or a similar supply chain role.
- Strong understanding of procurement flow, including sourcing, RFQ/RFP processes, contracting, and delivery coordination.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects under time pressure and shifting priorities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and structured approach to documentation and record keeping.
- Comfortable using procurement tools, tracking platforms, and Excel; experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
- Strong teamwork and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
