We are a growing U.S.-based real estate company seeking a detail-oriented Operations Analyst to support finance and due diligence across multiple properties and LLCs. This role focuses on financial analysis, data review, and operational support, including assisting with transaction due diligence, financial reporting, reconciliations, and cross-functional coordination to support informed investment and operational decisions.

The Role

As an
Operations Analyst

, you will play a critical role at the intersection of
operations, finance, and logistics

, helping keep our growing portfolio of commercial properties running smoothly. You will actively support and enhance the
Finance and Due Diligence

function by identifying gaps, connecting details, and driving tasks forward.

This is an
entry-level analyst role

ideal for someone who is highly analytical, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership. You should be able to interpret details, anticipate next steps, and execute with minimal supervision, contributing meaningfully to operational efficiency and informed decision-making across the organization.

The position requires strong English communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to execute without constant oversight. You will focus on doing, following up, creating controls, and sourcing information to keep our operations moving fast and accurately.

• Execute and manage recurring operational workflows across due diligence and finance operations
• Follow SOPs while identifying gaps, improving processes, and driving tasks to completion
• Track action items, follow up with internal teams and external stakeholders, and ensure closure
• Create and maintain controls to prevent errors, missing documents, and process breakdowns
• Source and validate data needed for decision-making, reporting, and due diligence
• Gather hard-to-find information by contacting vendors, municipalities, tax offices, and other parties
• Maintain logs, and keep systems organized and audit-ready.
• Support AP and AR operations as needed, including documentation, compliance, vendor coordination, and tracking
• Work USA time zone, EST

Required Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in accounting, finance, operations, or related fields (real estate preferred)
• Strong understanding of real estate basics (CapEx vs OpEx, property-level tracking, multiple LLCs)
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills
• Clear written and spoken English
• Highly organized, reliable, proactive, and responsive in a remote environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Real estate portfolio operations experience (commercial, multifamily, or property management)
• Experience with AP and property management platforms (AppFolio, PayEm, , etc.)
• Experience supporting documentation requests and working with CPAs

Screening Process

Candidates must submit a short video (1 to 3 minutes) introducing themselves in English so we can evaluate communication skills. They must also complete a DISC assessment. After a brief screening, selected candidates will receive a small test project to assess execution, follow-up ability, and comfort with real estate operations and finance workflows.
