Sales Operations & Support Analyst
radicado en Bogotá:

¿Qué vas a lograr en tu día a día?

  • Optimizar los procesos comerciales internos y la gestión de datos.
  • Se concentra en la administración y actualización del CRM (cuentas, oportunidades, segmentación, etc.)
  • Documentar los flujos (customer journey, ciclo de ventas)
  • capacitar al equipo comercial en herramientas y procesos.
  • Atender y resolver consultas e incidentes de clientes externos por los canales definidos.
  • Gestión y solicitud de virtual accounts.

¿Qué buscamos?

  • Profesional en Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Industrial, Economía, Finanzas, Negocios Internacionales, Marketing o carreras afines.
  • 3 a 5 años de experiencia en roles relacionados con Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, Comercial Analytics, CRM Analyst o roles de soporte estratégico a equipos comerciales.
  • Inglés requerido:
    nivel intermedio (B1/B2).
  • Enfoque en procesos y mejora continua
  • Orientación al manejo de datos
  • Organización y Atención al detalle
  • Trabajo colaborativo
  • Orientación al resultado
  • Autonomía
  • Adaptabilidad
  • Dominio y conocimiento previo de algún CRM
  • Herramientas de análisis y reporting
  • Herramientas de automatización y productividad (deseable)
