Operations Analyst

¿Que vas a lograr en tu dia a dia?

  • Ejecutar las transacciones de clientes, asegurando precisión, trazabilidad y cumplimiento operativo.
  • Hacer seguimiento integral a todas las transacciones, garantizando su aplicación y resolución ante inconsistencias.
  • Validar documentación de respaldo y coordinar con entidades financieras ante desvíos o incidencias.
  • Colaborar con Producto en el desarrollo de automatizaciones e integraciones que optimicen procesos.
  • Ser punto de referencia operativo ante consultas complejas sobre acreditaciones o transacciones.
  • Apoyar al equipo Comercial con visibilidad y seguimiento de operaciones clave para clientes.
  • Mantener registros internos actualizados y asegurar la integridad de la información operativa.

¿Qué buscamos?

  • Formación en Administración, Finanzas,, Ingeniería
  • Experiencia en procesos operativos, conciliaciones, pagos o gestión de transacciones.
  • Dominio de herramientas como Excel o Google Sheets para análisis y control operativo.
  • Inglés profesional, con capacidad para interactuar con contrapartes internacionales.
  • Mentalidad analítica y enfoque meticuloso para trabajar con datos financieros sensibles.
  • Capacidad de comunicación efectiva, iniciativa para resolver problemas y disposición para colaborar con equipos multifuncionales.
  • Interés genuino en el ecosistema fintech, con ambición de aprender y crecer en una industria en constante evolución.
