About The Role
We are hiring a
*Contract Review Operations Analyst*
to evaluate financial and contractual documents, validate key commercial and financial terms, and support operational workflows. This role blends analytical review with structured process execution and requires high accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

*Contract & Financial Review*
Review invoices, contract terms, and A/R & A/P records.

Validate pricing, billing terms, and financial accuracy.

Ensure adherence to client standards.

*Data Accuracy*
Enter financial and contract data with precision.

Identify errors and correct inconsistencies.

*Record Maintenance*
Maintain organized contract documentation.

Support labeling, audit readiness, and archival cleanup.

*Process Improvement*
Identify recurring issues or workflow gaps.

Assist in updating SOPs for smoother operations.

*Cross-Team Collaboration*
Liaise with operations, finance, and compliance teams.

Clarify unclear terms or missing information.

What You Bring

2+ years in finance ops, contract review, accounting, or admin roles.

Experience in corporate documentation environments.

Strong spreadsheet and communication skills.

High attention to detail and accuracy.
