What we are looking for:

We're looking for a
HR Operations Analyst
to join our team In this role, you'll support and optimize human resources operations like payroll, benefits, onboarding documentation, reporting, ticket handling, etc. You need to have at least 1 year of experience using Workday as HRIS across multiple modules, ensuring data integrity and delivering a seamless user experience. If you enjoy solving complex problems and thrive in a dynamic environment, we'd love to hear from you.

What you will be doing:

  • Maintain and configure Workday modules (Core HCM, Recruiting, Performance, Compensation, Benefits, Absence).
  • Provide Level 1 support and troubleshoot system issues.
  • Conduct data audits and ensure accuracy.
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT for process improvements.
  • Create and deliver custom reports based on business needs.

What We're Looking For:

  • 1 or more years of Workday experience.
  • Strong English communication skills (B2+).
  • Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail.
  • Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
  • Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • HR experience and knowledge of compliance and data privacy.
