POSITION OVERVIEW
This mandate is designed for current and former CFOs, senior finance executives, and corporate finance leaders who seek to monetize their strategic expertise, executive credibility, and corporate networks through an institutional, performance-driven partnership model. As an Executive Partner - Corporate Finance, you will operate as an independent senior advisor, originating, structuring, and managing high-value corporate finance mandates for medium, large, and multinational enterprises. You will engage peer-to-peer with CEOs, CFOs, Treasurers, Finance Committees, and Boards, leveraging a global ecosystem of strategic alliances with leading international banks, institutional investors, and insurance groups.This role provides access to institutional balance sheets, advanced structuring capabilities, and multi-product financial solutions, without the constraints of traditional employment or internal politics.
STRATEGIC MANDATE & COMMERCIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Originate and lead executive-level corporate finance relationships across priority sectors.
- Advise medium, large, and multinational corporations on complex financial and capital decisions.
- Structure and deliver institutional solutions including:
- Corporate credit and structured financing
- Syndicated and bilateral funding solutions
- Treasury, liquidity, and cash management optimization
- Capital structure and investment allocation strategies
- Risk management, insurance, and protection strategies
- Act as trusted advisor to CFOs, Treasurers, Finance Committees, and Boards
- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder negotiations involving institutional counter parties
- Own the full engagement lifecycle:
- Financial diagnosis and strategic assessment
- Solution design and structuring
- Executive and board-level presentations
- Negotiation, closing, and implementation coordination
- Ongoing governance and relationship management
- Develop long-term account strategies to expand portfolio value and institutional penetration.
TARGET EXECUTIVE PROFILE
This mandate is intentionally reserved for senior finance leaders, including:
- Current or former CFOs, Deputy CFOs, or Finance Directors
- Senior executives from corporate finance, treasury, structured finance, or investment banking
- Professionals with direct board, audit committee, or investment committee exposure
REQUIRED PROFESSIONAL PROFILE
Academic Background
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or Industrial Engineering.
- MBA, Master's in Finance, Corporate Finance, or Executive Management strongly preferred.
Executive & Corporate Finance Experience
- Extensive background in corporate finance, treasury, capital markets, or structured finance.
- Demonstrated success engaging directly with C-suite executives and Boards of Directors.
- Proven track record structuring and closing large-scale, institutional corporate finance.
Technical and Strategic Expertise
- Corporate credit and financing structures.
- Treasury, liquidity, and working capital optimization.
- Capital structure and investment analysis.
- Financial risk management and insurance integration.
- Financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis.
- Ability to translate complex structures into clear strategic outcomes for executive audiences.
Commercial & Relationship Leadership
- Advanced consultative negotiation at executive level.
- Long-term Key Account Management (KAM) with a focus on sustainable value creation.
- Experience managing complex, multi-product corporate portfolios.
Executive Communication
- High-impact financial storytelling tailored to C-suite and board-level decision-makers.
- Confident presence in high-stakes, senior-executive environments.

COMPENSATION & ENGAGEMENT MODEL
This is not a salaried employment role. It is a senior executive commercial partnership.
- No fixed salary.
