About the Opportunity I am currently recruiting for an international oriented clinic in Medellín specialized in trauma recovery and whiplash injuries. We are looking for a sharp, empathetic, and fully bilingual professional to join a vibrant team providing top-tier solutions to global clients.
The Role You will be the bridge between the clinic and its patients (Colombian and International), handling administrative responsibilities and sensitive customer care cases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer care and administrative tasks in perfect English and Spanish.
- Communicate empathetically via phone, video call, and email with clients recovering from injuries.
- Manage administrative duties with attention to detail and organization.
- Support the therapeutic team with daily activities.
- Maintain strict confidentiality (HIPAA compliance) and professionalism.
Who we are looking for:
- Language: English and Spanish at a Native/Fluent level (Essential).
- Experience: 2–4 years in Customer Care (Call Center or similar) and Administrative tasks.
- Soft Skills: High level of empathy, discretion, assertiveness, and a proactive attitude.
- Tech: Proficient in MS Office and internet tools.
- Bonus:
Portuguese or German skills are a plus.
