About the Role
We are a fast-growing medical spa company based in the United States, and we are building an in-house team in Medellín. We are looking for reliable, professional, and friendly bilingual customer service representatives to work from our headquarters.
This is an on-site, full-time position focused on customer service, appointment booking, lead follow-up, and administrative support.
Work Schedule
- 42 hours per week
- 3 full shifts (open to close)
- 1 half-day shift
- Fixed schedule once assigned
- Weekend availability may be required
ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service (Existing Members)
- Answer inbound calls, texts, and messages
- Help clients book, reschedule, and confirm appointments
- Answer questions about services, memberships, and payments
- Provide a friendly, professional experience at all times
- Follow up with clients who missed appointments or need support
Lead Follow-Up (Sales Support)
- Call and text new leads from our marketing campaigns
- Answer questions and help leads book their first appointment
- Follow scripts and booking guidelines
- Update lead status accurately in our CRM system
Administrative Tasks
- Update client notes and records
- Assist spa managers with daily admin tasks
- Handle basic reporting and task follow-ups
- Support multiple spa locations remotely
Requirements
- Fluent English and Spanish (required)
- Strong phone and text communication skills
- Professional, calm, and friendly attitude
- Comfortable making outbound calls
- Good computer skills and fast typing
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Able to work on-site in Medellín
- Customer service, call center, or sales experience is a plus
Compensation
- $800 USD base salary per month
- Up to $400 USD in performance bonuses
- Total potential: up to $1,200 USD/month
- Bonuses based on:
- Booking performance
- Attendance & reliability
- Quality of customer interactions
- Performance raises after 6 months
