Este rol no es solo para publicar contenido: es para
construir audiencia, nutrir confianza y convertir atención en ventas
dentro de un embudo claro.

Responsabilidades

  • Diseñar y ejecutar la
    estrategia de social media
    para las marcas personales de los co-founders
  • Hacer crecer audiencias de forma orgánica y estratégica en plataformas como Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn y X
  • Planificar y crear contenido en
    español e inglés
    , alineado a posicionamiento, autoridad y conversión
  • Entender y aplicar
    embudos de ventas (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU)
    enfocados en monetización
  • Alinear contenido orgánico con
    pauta digital y campañas de paid ads
  • Gestionar comunidad: comentarios, mensajes y DMs con enfoque en relación y oportunidad comercial
  • Detectar tendencias, insights de la audiencia y oportunidades de crecimiento
  • Analizar métricas clave (engagement, leads, CTR, conversiones) y optimizar estrategia
  • Coordinar con equipos de marketing, paid media, diseño y copy para lanzamientos y campañas
  • Proponer ideas para escalar autoridad, visibilidad y revenue de las marcas personales

Requisitos

  • Español e inglés
    avanzado
    (oral y escrito)
  • Experiencia como Social Media Strategist, Community Manager o rol similar
  • Entendimiento sólido de
    marketing digital y embudos de venta
  • Experiencia trabajando con
    marcas personales, coaches, founders o CEOs
    (muy importante)
  • Conocimiento de cómo el contenido apoya y potencia campañas de
    paid ads
  • Excelente redacción, storytelling y criterio estratégico
  • Mentalidad orientada a resultados y monetización
  • Capacidad de análisis, organización y trabajo remoto autónomo

Plus (no excluyente)

  • Experiencia monetizando audiencias (leads, ventas, lanzamientos)
  • Conocimientos básicos de Meta Ads, TikTok Ads o Google Ads
  • Edición básica de video (Reels / TikTok / Shorts)
  • Experiencia con lanzamientos, infoproductos o servicios high-ticket
  • Manejo de herramientas como Notion, Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, etc.
  • Interés en AI, automatización y negocios digitales
