Location: Remote – Latin America Preferred
Type of Contract: Full-Time | Remote
Salary Range: $3,000 – $3,500 USD / month

We are seeking a senior-level Paid Media Strategist with deep creative and copywriting expertise to join our growing team. You will play a key role in owning and scaling full-funnel paid media systems across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Amazon, with a heavy emphasis on creative strategy, testing frameworks, and attribution integrity. Your work will directly impact client growth, creative performance, and the evolution of our internal paid media systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently own and scale complex paid media accounts across Meta, Google (Search & PMax), TikTok, and Amazon.
- Personally write high-converting ad copy, hooks, angles, and offer framing for all funnel stages (TOF, MOF, BOF).
- Develop and document creative and messaging frameworks rooted in customer psychology and brand voice.
- Lead creative strategy end-to-end, producing clear, designer-ready creative briefs with performance-driven hypotheses.
- Architect and execute structured testing frameworks to improve CTR, CVR, CAC, ROAS, and profit.
- Diagnose performance and attribution issues quickly and implement solutions without hand-holding.
- Collaborate closely with leadership as a thought partner, proactively identifying new strategies, tests, and growth levers
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 7–10+ years of hands-on paid media experience across Meta, Google, TikTok, and/or Amazon
- Proven ability to personally write high-performing ad copy, hooks, and creative angles (this is non-negotiable)
- Demonstrated experience owning creative strategy and directing designers with clear, actionable briefs
- Strong expertise in attribution and data integrity, including server-side CAPI, offline conversions, and first-click systems
- Experience building and running full-funnel testing frameworks without constant direction or oversight
- Ability to work synchronously 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM US Central Time in a highly collaborative environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in performance-driven agencies with senior client exposure
- Familiarity with CRM-integrated lead quality feedback loops and sales outcome optimization
- Strong documentation and process-building mindset (SOPs, testing systems, reporting clarity)
