Descripción del puesto
Como Especialista I de Operaciones en Zubale, serás responsable de gestionar, coordinar y optimizar procesos operativos del día a día para garantizar la calidad y eficiencia de nuestros servicios. Llevarás a cabo análisis de datos, supervisarás proyectos y apoyarás al equipo en alcanzar metas operativas. Este es un puesto de tiempo completo que se desempeñará de forma presencial en Bogotá, D.C.

Requisitos

  • Habilidades analíticas avanzadas y capacidad para interpretar datos y proponer soluciones efectivas.
  • Destreza en comunicación para colaborar con equipo interno y socios externos de manera clara y eficiente.
  • Experiencia en gestión de operaciones, asegurando el cumplimiento de objetivos comerciales y operativos.
  • Capacidad comprobada en gestión de proyectos, planificación y liderazgo de iniciativas estratégicas.
  • Experiencia previa en entornos dinámicos y la capacidad para adaptarte a un ritmo de trabajo ágil será un valor añadido.
