Sobre el rol

Buscamos un/a
Gerente Contable de Operaciones de Servicio
que lidere procesos clave en contabilidad y gestión operativa. Serás responsable de entrevistas, auditorías, análisis de métricas y planificación de recursos para nuevos proyectos. Además, supervisarás KPIs, reportes de desempeño y ausencias, impulsando mejoras en procesos contables y preparando líderes para asumir nuevos retos.

Responsabilidades principales

  • Entrevistas y reclutamiento:
    Apoyo en selección de supervisores y gerentes senior.
  • Auditorías y métricas:
    Revisión de auditorías y análisis de paneles de control (ActiveTrak).
  • Planificación de recursos:
    Creación de planes para nuevos proyectos y procesos.
  • Gestión de desempeño:
    Seguimiento de KPIs, reportes de ausencias y evaluaciones anuales.
  • Procesos contables:
    Propuesta de nuevas estructuras de reportes y mejoras de eficiencia.
  • Compensación:
    Coordinación de aumentos salariales y procesos de aprobación.
  • Liderazgo:
    Preparar supervisores y líderes para asumir nuevos roles.

Requisitos

  • Inglés nivel B2+, C1.
  • Experiencia mínima de 2 años liderando equipos, como Operations Manager o team leader (puede ser en el area BPO)
  • Comunicación efectiva y escucha activa.
  • Capacidad para formar y desarrollar equipos contables.
  • Habilidades interpersonales en entornos multiculturales.
  • Organización, gestión del tiempo y atención al detalle.
