At Bookahospi we are looking for a
B2B Sales / Partnerships (Hunter) profile
to open strategic partnerships with universities, companies, and hospitals. If you enjoy prospecting, finding decision-makers, booking meetings, and closing agreements, this role is for you.

Mission

Build and close partnerships with:

  • Universities (agreements, talent funnels, institutional partnerships)
  • Companies / groups (commercial partnerships, distribution agreements)
  • Hospitals and clinics (pilots, commercial agreements, access to decision-makers)

Responsibilities

  • Outbound prospecting: LinkedIn, email, calls, networking.
  • Identify decision-makers, get the right contacts, and book meetings (with consistent follow-up).
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate, and close partnership deals.
  • Keep CRM updated and report key metrics: meetings, pipeline, closures.

Requirements

  • 1–3+ years in B2B Sales / Business Development / Partnerships.
  • Hunter mindset: consistency, resilience, and strong execution.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business, Marketing, Economics, or similar.
  • English level B2

Nice to have

  • Experience selling SaaS.
  • Experience with healthcare or education partnerships.
  • Proven track record closing B2B agreements (not only lead generation).
