At Bookahospi we are looking for a
B2B Sales / Partnerships (Hunter) profile
to open strategic partnerships with universities, companies, and hospitals. If you enjoy prospecting, finding decision-makers, booking meetings, and closing agreements, this role is for you.
Mission
Build and close partnerships with:
- Universities (agreements, talent funnels, institutional partnerships)
- Companies / groups (commercial partnerships, distribution agreements)
- Hospitals and clinics (pilots, commercial agreements, access to decision-makers)
Responsibilities
- Outbound prospecting: LinkedIn, email, calls, networking.
- Identify decision-makers, get the right contacts, and book meetings (with consistent follow-up).
- Prepare proposals, negotiate, and close partnership deals.
- Keep CRM updated and report key metrics: meetings, pipeline, closures.
Requirements
- 1–3+ years in B2B Sales / Business Development / Partnerships.
- Hunter mindset: consistency, resilience, and strong execution.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business, Marketing, Economics, or similar.
- English level B2
Nice to have
- Experience selling SaaS.
- Experience with healthcare or education partnerships.
- Proven track record closing B2B agreements (not only lead generation).
