Sr. Recruiter for Fractional Talent Acquisition - Construction Industry

We are in search of a highly proficient Sr. Recruiter to join our Fractional Talent Acquisition team, specializing in the Construction industry. In this fully remote role, you'll have the luxury of working from your home base anywhere in Latin America while connecting with professionals in the dynamic field of construction. We are offering a competitive compensation model consisting of a base salary of $1,500 plus performance-driven bonuses, ensuring your expertise is rewarded.

Our ideal candidate is someone who has extensive experience in construction industry recruiting, bringing a wealth of knowledge and a strong network to the table. English fluency and an impressive history of high-volume placements are essential to success in this position, where the ability to engage effectively with candidates and clients is paramount.

As a Sr. Recruiter on our team, you will be responsible for the full recruitment life cycle, leveraging your insights to source, screen, and present the finest talent. Your commitment to excellence will be critical in fostering long-term relationships, analyzing hiring trends, and streamlining our recruitment processes. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for construction roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the construction industry to better match candidates with appropriate opportunities.
  • Cultivate a strong network of industry professionals to aid in passive candidate sourcing.
  • Assess candidates' skills, experience, and relevance to the role, ensuring a fit with company culture and values.
  • Maintain a high level of placements through efficient process management and robust candidate engagement strategies.
  • Use analytical skills to interpret hiring trends and adapt recruiting tactics as necessary.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Solid experience recruiting within the construction industry.
  • Proven success in high volume recruiting environments, with a track record of effective placements.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Experience working remotely and independently while maintaining productivity and meeting deadlines.
  • Able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs.
