Are you a skilled recruiter with a passion for finding top talent and delivering results? We're on the lookout for a
Senior Recruiter
with 4–5 years of experience who
lives in Bogotá
and thrives in a fast-paced, agency-style environment.

This role is
100% remote for now
(hybrid possible in the future) and offers the exciting opportunity to recruit for diverse staff-level roles across multiple industries—mainly for clients based in the
U.S. and Canada
.


What you'll do:

  • Own the
    end-to-end recruitment process
    —from job posting to offer.
  • Create compelling job descriptions and manage postings via our ATS and top job boards.
  • Actively
    headhunt
    and source passive candidates—
    this is not an in-house recruiting role
  • Design interview processes tailored to each position and lead candidate interviews.
  • Collaborate with U.S.-based clients to share updates, troubleshoot challenges, and deliver high-quality results.


What we're looking for:

  • Based in Bogotá
    and available to work full-time (Mon–Fri, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM).
  • C1 English level
    – you'll speak and write in English daily with U.S.-based clients and candidates.
  • Strong experience in
    headhunting
    , cold hiring, and
    client management
    .
  • Prior experience recruiting for a
    U.S.-based recruitment agency
    is a
    major plus
    .
  • Experience in
    sales recruitment
    is a big plus.
  • Sharp instincts for spotting talent, excellent communication skills, and a self-starter mindset.
