Job Purpose / Summary
As part of Global Business Services organization, the "DX" (aka Digital Transformation) group provides global services to business functions. The organization is being structured in different teams to deliver best-in class service including Analytics Governance (AG) and other digital solutions.
From a top-down approach, there are 2 key missions to deliver for supported areas:
- Support our digital transformation strategy that includes data & analytics, automation, AI, process digitization, user experience, employee digital upskilling
- Deliver our data to value (aka data and analytics) strategy that includes delivering AGS for supported-inherited reports, master technology that Lexmark has invested in to support new requests (data lake, etc.), align on business priorities + value creation with stakeholder, etc..
INTERFACES:
This is a global cross functional position supporting business functions. It includes interactions with business leads of functions in scope (sub process lead, geo leads, key users…), with IT leads to drive more alignment, with other D2V streams (incl. data governance and technical governance), with functions not in scope yet to share value prop / support ad hoc requests…
To deliver this mission, the position requires:
- 5+ years of experience related to sales operations and/or marketing portfolio or Lead to Cash
- Experience with D365, Salesforce, SAP and ServiceNow is helpful
- Solid reporting skillset including PowerBI. Knowledge of all MS Platform products is desired (Power Automate, PowerApps, Copilot)
- Knowledgeable working with data warehouses (e.g. Data Bricks).
- Experience working with IT; familiarity with the SAFe agile process and Product Ownership.
- Ability to prioritize and negotiate around competing stakeholder needs and manage a project funnel
- Strong interpersonal skills to work in onshore/offshore delivery model and to collaborate across departments
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English language
- Proficient at asking questions for workflow/business process understanding; able to pinpoint process and data issues and lead design and solutioning discussions
Governance
is critical for our success. It includes a key focus on our value proposition (delivering superior data and analytics visibility to business functions to transform decision making and alignment on our vision (see above 2 missions listed).
Top priorities for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Execution of activities assigned: either requests, timeliness and accuracy of inherited reports, new report. This includes an SLA measurement.
- Delivering end-to-end expertise to supported stakeholders / business users: reporting layer, transactional layer, business process, demonstrating solutions and the value add they deliver.
- Stakeholder communication and satisfaction including alignment vs prioritization (idea management) and liaison with IT teams for development
- Implementing our D2V digitalization strategy
The Analytics Delivery Lead for Global Sales Operations & Marketing is accountable for stakeholder management (including monthly business review), delivery throughput, coordination of offshore resources, execution timeliness, scorecard results / adherence to targets, governance of data/reports that meets best practices standards (that includes quality, consistency, security, usage adoption).
The role requires business acumen and technical understanding to ensure smooth liaison with both business and IT teams. D2V's ultimate target is to get data recognized as a strategic asset in Lexmark and so, to deliver superior data and analytics visibility to business functions to transform decision making process.
This position is part of the GBS DX/D2V organization.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & CERTIFICATIONS BASIC REQUIREMENTS
:
Education
- Four-year Business or IT degree preferred
- Any Microsoft certifications are desirable
Work Experience
- 5+ years of experience related to sales operations and marketing portfolio
- Experience in relevant business functions
- Experience in project management
- Knowledge of GBS structure is a plus
- Knowledge of IT structure and ServiceNow is a plus
- Experience with multi-solution projects that may include reporting, automation and AI
