Vacante: Business Development Manager – Fintech (B2B SaaS / Pagos)

Experiencia en Fintech, pasarelas de pago o adquirencia: requisito excluyente

Buscamos un/a Business Development Manager con experiencia comprobada en el sector Fintech o financiero, enfocado/a en la venta consultiva y cierre de negocios B2B de soluciones de pagos digitales y productos transaccionales.


Esta posición NO aplica para perfiles sin experiencia previa en Fintech, pasarelas de pago, adquirencia o productos financieros digitales.

Propósito del rol

Liderar el desarrollo y cierre de negocios B2B complejos para soluciones SaaS Fintech, construyendo relaciones estratégicas con clientes corporativos y aportando directamente al crecimiento del negocio dentro del ecosistema de pagos.

Perfil requerido (EXCLUYENTE)

Profesional en Administración, Ingeniería, Finanzas, Economía, Sistemas o afines.

Mínimo 3 años de experiencia comprobada en cierre de negocios B2B, dentro de:

  • Fintech
  • Pasarelas de pago (PSP)
  • Adquirencia
  • Medios de pago
  • Plataformas transaccionales, recaudo o conciliación
  • Experiencia real en venta consultiva de soluciones SaaS o servicios financieros digitales.
  • Gestión de ciclos de venta largos, con múltiples decisores (finanzas, tecnología, operaciones, compliance).
  • Manejo avanzado de CRM y métricas comerciales (pipeline, forecast, tasa de cierre).
  • Experiencia negociando contratos SaaS, fees transaccionales y SLA.
  • Relacionamiento con clientes corporativos y tomadores de decisión.

Altamente valorado


• Base de clientes activa en el ecosistema financiero o Fintech.


• Experiencia previa en PSP, banca, adquirencia o competidores directos.

Salario: $

Movilización: $ primeros 3 meses)

Comisiones: 2% – 5%
