We are looking for a
Business Development Manager / Project Manager
to join our team and support our growth across the US and international markets.

About the role

This is a hybrid Business Development + Project Management position.

You will drive new business opportunities, support client relationships, and coordinate ongoing project deliverables across multiple accounts. You'll work closely with leadership, recruitment, and delivery teams to help scale our global consulting operations.

Key Responsibilities


• Identify and develop new client opportunities through outreach, networking, and relationship-building.


• Build strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.


• Understand client needs and propose tailored consulting/staffing solutions.


• Support intake calls, project scoping, and SOW coordination.


• Partner with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure successful consultant onboarding.


• Track project milestones, deliverables, and customer expectations.


• Maintain CRM documentation and generate reports for leadership.


• Stay informed about market trends and opportunities in the digital consulting and technology space.

What We're Looking For


• 0–5 years of experience in business development, sales, account management, or project coordination (staffing/consulting experience is a plus).


• Strong English communication skills—both written and verbal.


• Strong client-facing presence and relationship-building confidence.


• Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities at once.


• Problem-solver with a collaborative mindset.


• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
