We are seeking a
Bilingual Business Development Specialist / Recruiter
with a strong sales mindset and excellent English communication skills who is eager to learn and grow within the U.S. staffing and recruitment industry. This role is ideal for someone with prior sales, customer-facing, or account management experience who is motivated to develop long-term skills in business development, recruiting, and client relationship management.
You will be trained on the
full recruitment lifecycle
and the
U.S. staffing business model
, working closely with senior team members to support client acquisition, candidate sourcing, and ongoing account management.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales Support
- Identify and engage prospective clients through outbound outreach, referrals, and networking
- Support sales conversations, discovery calls, and follow-ups with U.S.-based clients
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and decision-makers
- Assist with preparing proposals, candidate submissions, and client presentations
Recruiting & Talent Acquisition
- Learn and execute the full recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Conduct phone and video interviews in English with U.S.-based candidates
- Match qualified candidates to client job requirements
- Coordinate interviews, feedback, and offer processes
Account & Process Support
- Maintain accurate records in ATS/CRM systems
- Support ongoing client and candidate communication
- Assist with market research, talent mapping, and pipeline development
- Learn U.S. hiring practices, employment terminology, and staffing compliance basics
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in
sales, business development, customer service, or account management - Strong English speaking and writing skills
(professional-level communication required) - Bilingual:
English + Spanish or Portuguese
(preferred) - Confident communicator comfortable speaking with clients and candidates
- Motivated, coachable, and eager to learn the U.S. staffing and recruitment industry
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in staffing, recruiting, HR, or talent acquisition (a plus, not required)
- Experience working with U.S.-based clients or markets
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, CRM, or ATS systems
- Background in nearshore/offshore operations or international business
