Buscamos un/a
Business Development Manager
con fuerte orientación a cierre de negocios B2B, experiencia en venta consultiva y conocimiento del ecosistema Fintech y de pagos, para liderar relaciones estratégicas con clientes corporativos.

Propósito del rol

Impulsar el crecimiento del negocio mediante el cierre de oportunidades complejas en soluciones SaaS Fintech, actuando como asesor estratégico del cliente y generando relaciones de largo plazo.

Perfil requerido

Profesional en Administración, Ingeniería, Finanzas, Sistemas o afines.

Más de 5 años de experiencia en venta B2B consultiva, con historial comprobable de cierres.

Experiencia comercial en SaaS, pagos digitales, adquirencia, recaudo o servicios financieros.

Capacidad para gestionar ciclos de venta largos, múltiples decisores y negociaciones complejas.

Sólido manejo de CRM y métricas comerciales (pipeline, forecast, tasa de cierre, ticket promedio).

Habilidad para construir propuestas de valor alineadas a dolores operativos, financieros y regulatorios.

Relacionamiento ejecutivo con clientes corporativos, aliados y actores del ecosistema Fintech.

Altamente valorado:


• Base de clientes activa alineada al negocio.


• Experiencia previa en Fintech, banca, adquirencia o competidores del sector.
