Our vision is to improve the way people interact with money. minka_ is growing and we are looking for a colleague to join us as a Business Development Manager. Responsibilities Manage strategic partnerships with partners, of all shapes and sizes Build, maintain and evolve external relationships with banks clearinghouses Manage end‑to‑end negotiation processes, work cross‑functionally with our internal teams Develop and adapt partnerships and business development strategies to meet minka's goals Be outcome driven to deliver against business development targets Work cross‑functionally with Product and Engineering leaders to define priorities and roadmaps and execute on the strategy for initiatives with strategic partners Serve as the relationship manager for our current existing agreements. Help realize and optimize value from these partnerships while building effective long‑term relationships Play an integral role in driving our business development strategy for partners, by identifying key opportunities and potential leads Requirements 7+ years of experience in business development or partnership management within FinTech landscape, with previous experience negotiating with the financial partners in Colombia and the region Have extensive experience in selling technical financial products across LatAm Motivated, proactive, and confident individual contributor who can thrive in a dynamic (read chaotic) environment. You maintain composure in high pressure and ambiguous situations. Ready to dive‑in and get your hands dirty Be knowledgeable about the Colombian Payments and Banking landscape and have key relationships in the region Exceptional presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills Adapt at understanding and contributing to conversations with colleagues in technical functions around product specifications Structured and analytical thinker with the ability to distill complex issues into structured frameworks and concrete plans Strong organization, prioritization, and project management skills Knows what is a bit and what is bitcoin Seniority Level Mid‑Senior level Employment Type Full‑time Job Function Sales, Business Development, and Customer Service #J-18808-Ljbffr
