Brokerage Admin Assistant

Remoto -Medellín
Horario:
lunes - viernes 1 am a 11 am

Este puesto desempeña responsabilidades administrativas avanzadas, incluyendo la revisión y el análisis de documentación e información para procesos de aduana, además de la recopilación de información de diversas fuentes de información, gestión de envíos de paquetería, manejo de programas informáticos. Este puesto requiere excelentes habilidades de comunicación ya que requiere contacto personal por diferentes medios hablado y escrito.

Este puesto realiza tareas generales de oficina, como procesamiento de textos, entrada de datos, auditoría de documentos, atención telefónica, distribución de correo ETC. Este puesto puede manejar material confidencial regularmente y requiere atención en horario Europa .
