Role:
The Freelance PowerPoint Presentation Specialist reports to the Manager, Marketing & Communications. The incumbent will work closely with our Content and Design Lead to transform ideas, strategies, and raw content into compelling presentation decks that captivate audiences and drive results for our clients

Your Day with Equisoft:

  • Design presentations using PowerPoint.
  • Maintain brand consistency while delivering projects on time with high attention to detail.
  • Develop visually engaging layouts, charts, infographics, and animations to enhance the key message on each slide.
  • Stay updated on design trends to ensure fresh, innovative designs that engage and persuade audiences.

Requirements:
Technical

  • Expertise in PowerPoint

  • Use and ability to create slide masters and custom themes

  • Efficient management of styles, fonts, and color palettes
  • Knowledge of PowerPoint animation and transitions
  • Knowledge of export formats and image compression
  • Ability to convert .svg images to PowerPoint shapes

  • Ability to optimize files for different uses (live presentation, PDF, sharing)

  • Strong understanding of composition, typography, and color theory

  • Ability to maintain brand consistency
  • Experience with iconography (creating and using icons effectively) and schematic illustration
  • Strong graphic design experience and skills with competency in the Adobe Creative Suite and/or Affinity Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.).
  • Experience working with clients in corporate spaces (asset)
  • Excellent knowledge of English & Spanish (spoken and written)
