Marketing & Client Communications Specialist

Position: Hybrid – Bogotá, Colombia | 2–3 Days In Office
Salary: COP $8,000,000/month (Labor Contract)

We're looking for a skilled RFP (Request  For Proposal) Specialist to support business development efforts, RFP responses, and client-facing presentations for a growing investment or financial services firm. This role is ideal for someone with strong writing and project management skills who can communicate complex ideas clearly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

Client Presentations & RFP Support (80%)

Develop and manage PowerPoint presentations to communicate the firm's value to clients and prospectsWork cross-functionally with marketing, investor relations, compliance, and investment teams to create tailored contentMaintain timelines and version control using internal tracking toolsTranslate complex financial or investment concepts into compelling, visually aligned presentationsAssist with RFPs, RFIs, and DDQs, ensuring timely, complete, and accurate responsesPartner with compliance teams to ensure content meets regulatory requirements

Content Management & Coordination (20%)

Maintain and update internal content libraries and templatesCoordinate with global teams to ensure messaging consistency across regionsStay current with industry trends and best practices in client communications

Requirements

3–5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or financial services, preferably with exposure to RFPs or investor communicationsExcellent writing, editing, and proofreading skillsStrong project management and multitasking abilitiesComfortable working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teamsProficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word; experience with content management or CRM systems is a plusFamiliarity with investment management or financial concepts is preferredBachelor's degree in marketing, communications, finance, or a related field

Location & Contract

Hybrid role based in Bogotá, Colombia (2–3 days/week in office)Labor contract (Contrato laboral)Monthly salary: COP $8,000,000
