POSITION PURPOSE

The Senior Key Account Manager – Corporate Finance will be responsible for originating, structuring, and managing high-value corporate finance relationships with medium, large, and multinational enterprises.

Operating within a platform that maintains strategic alliances with leading global financial multinationals, including international banks, investment firms, insurance groups, and institutional finance providers. The role enables access to best-in-class financial products, global balance sheets, and sophisticated structuring capabilities.

Acting as a trusted financial advisor to senior corporate leadership, this executive will engage directly with CEOs, CFOs, Treasurers, Finance Directors, Investment Committees, and Boards of Directors, delivering tailored solutions that optimize liquidity, capital structure, risk management, investment strategy, and employee-related financial programs.

This opportunity is designed for senior corporate finance professionals with a proven record in complex B2B financial negotiations, seeking independence, scalable income, and direct performance-based rewards, within a formal, institutional-grade engagement model.

STRATEGIC & COMMERCIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify, develop, and manage strategic corporate finance accounts, targeting medium, large, and multinational organizations across priority sectors.
  • Leverage alliances with top global financial multinational partners to design and deliver advanced corporate finance solutions.
  • Establish and consolidate long-term relationships with senior financial decision-makers, including CFOs, Treasurers, Finance Directors, and Boards.
  • Diagnose financial needs and structure customized solutions, including:
  • Corporate credit, structured and syndicated financing
  • Treasury, liquidity, and cash management solutions
  • Investment and capital allocation strategies.
  • Risk mitigation, insurance, and protection structures
  • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder financial negotiations, ensuring alignment between corporate clients and multinational financial partners.
  • Design account-level growth and expansion strategies, increasing solution penetration and long-term partnership value.
  • Own the full engagement lifecycle:
  • Financial diagnosis → Solution design → Executive and board-level presentation → Negotiation and closing → Implementation coordination → Ongoing governance and relationship management.

REQUIRED PROFESSIONAL PROFILE

Academic Background

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or Industrial Engineering.
  • MBA, Master's in Finance, Corporate Finance, or Executive Management strongly preferred.

Executive & Corporate Finance Experience

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in corporate finance, structured finance, treasury, investment banking, or senior B2B financial account management.
  • Direct experience working with CFOs, Treasurers, Finance Committees, and Boards of Directors.
  • Proven success structuring and closing high-value corporate finance transactions, often involving institutional or multinational counterparties.

Financial Expertise

  • Strong command of:
  • Corporate credit and financing structures
  • Treasury and liquidity optimization
  • Capital structure and investment analysis
  • Financial risk management and insurance integration
  • Ability to translate complex financial structures into clear strategic outcomes for executive audiences.

Commercial & Relationship Skills

  • Advanced consultative negotiation and executive stakeholder management.
  • Long-term Key Account Management (KAM) with a focus on sustainable value creation.
  • Experience managing large, multi-product corporate portfolios.

Technology & Tools

  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and financial analysis tools.
  • Ability to manage complex information flows across institutional partners.

Executive Communication

  • High-impact financial storytelling tailored to C-suite and board-level decision-makers.
  • Confident presence in high-stakes corporate environments.

This is not a salaried employment role. It is a senior executive commercial partnership.

  • No fixed salary
