We are looking for a Paid Ads Specialist to support the execution and optimization of Google Ads campaigns, with a strong focus on cost efficiency, CRM management, and client account support. This role is ideal for someone with around 3 years of experience who is comfortable handling day-to-day paid media tasks and working closely with clients.

This position is execution-driven and hands-on, focused on maintaining performance, managing budgets, and ensuring campaigns run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across multiple client accounts
  • Monitor budgets, performance, and efficiency, making adjustments as needed
  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts regarding paid ads performance
  • Implement campaign changes based on client goals and internal guidelines
  • Track results and report on core KPIs
  • Manage workflows, reporting, and account information within a CRM (GoHighLevel preferred)
  • Ensure campaigns follow defined processes and timelines
  • Support internal teams with campaign-related tasks as needed

Required Skills & Experience

  • +2 years of experience in paid media or digital marketing
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads (required)
  • Strong experience using CRM platforms (required); GoHighLevel preferred
  • Experience handling multiple accounts and client communication
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and execution-focused
  • Comfortable working independently and managing priorities

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in an agency or with multiple clients
  • Strong attention to budget control and performance metrics
  • Experience supporting account growth and long-term client relationships

Schedule
: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM
PST
Compensation
: Contractor model - USD salary.
