Tus responsabilidades incluirán contestar llamadas en inglés, gestionar calendarios, agendar clientes y manejar documentación. Objetivos de Rendimiento:

  • Ejecutar responsabilidades administrativas con la máxima atención al detalle y eficiencia.
  • Contestar llamadas, programar reuniones y ofrecer soporte a clientes y miembros del equipo.
  • Organizar documentos y manejar información sensible con confidencialidad.

Capacidades y Competencias Clave:

  • Dominio de Microsoft Office.
  • Excelente manejo del tiempo y capacidad para multitarea.
  • Habilidades de colaboración y comunicación clara.
  • Actitud positiva y proactiva.
  • Capacidad para trabajar de manera independiente con supervisión mínima.

Educación & Experiencia:

  • Nivel mínimo de inglés B2 (persona bilingüe).
  • Educación mínima: bachillerato.
  • Educación técnica o universitaria es preferencial, pero no necesaria.
  • No se requiere experiencia previa; ofrecemos capacitación pagada.

Requisitos Físicos:

  • Capacidad para trabajar períodos prolongados sentados en escritorio y frente a un computador.
