We are looking for a proactive Virtual Assistant / Call Specialist to support our operations by handling calls with suppliers and clients, assisting with follow-ups, and supporting light sales and coordination activities. This role combines communication, organization, and relationship-building in an international environment.

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound and receive inbound calls with clients and vendors (B2B & B2C).
  • Follow up on quotes, pending approvals, payments, and service confirmations.
  • Support basic sales activities, including lead follow-ups and service explanations.
  • Coordinate appointments, meetings, and callbacks.
  • Update and maintain accurate information in the CRM.
  • Assist internal teams by organizing client data and documenting call outcomes.
  • Ensure timely communication and smooth coordination between departments.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant, Call Agent, Sales Support, or Customer Service Representative.
  • Intermediate to advanced English (spoken and written).
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Comfortable speaking on the phone and handling objections.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
  • Must be available to work 100% in-office in Medellín.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in B2B communications or inside sales.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Background in appointment setting or follow-up sales.
