d IT Change Coordinato
r to join our IT Service Management Program. The IT Change Management Coordinator is responsible for applying IT change management processes to ensure smooth transitions, minimize service disruptions, and maintain compliance with policies and industry standards. This role requires strong coordination, communication, and analytical skills to manage change requests, assess risks, and collaborate with stakeholders across the IT department and business units.

Responsibilities

Change Management Process:

  • Administer and enforce the IT Change Management process, ensuring compliance with established policies and frameworks (e.g., ITIL).
  • Review, validate, and track IT change requests, ensuring proper documentation, approvals, and impact assessments are conducted.
  • Coordinate, facilitate Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings, ensuring relevant stakeholders are involved.
  • Facilitate communication between IT teams and business units regarding upcoming changes, risks, and potential impacts.

Risk Assessment & Impact Analysis:

  • Assess the potential impact and risks associated with proposed IT change.
  • Work with technical teams to identify mitigation strategies for minimizing disruptions to business operations.
  • Ensure rollback and contingency plans are documented and reviewed for all high-impact changes.

Stakeholder Communication & Coordination:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for IT change-related inquiries.
  • Work closely with IT teams, project managers, business units, and external vendors to ensure successful change implementation.
  • Provide clear and timely communication to stakeholders regarding the status of IT changes.

Process Improvement & Compliance:

  • Continuously evaluate and improve IT change management processes based on feedback and performance metrics.
  • Ensure alignment with IT governance frameworks (e.g., ITIL, SOX) and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews to analyze the effectiveness of changes and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • English level B2 and above
  • Associate degree in a technical discipline (Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, IT, etc.) preferred. ITIL FoundationsV4.
  • A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process.
  • Experience with and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools, ITIL, ITSM, etc.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple change requests simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent active listening skills
  • Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
  • Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
  • Problem solving and root-cause identification skills
  • Able to work effectively at all levels of an organization
  • Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others
  • Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges
  • Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts
