Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Change Management Engineer to lead and support organizational transformation initiatives across mining operations. This role is critical in ensuring that changes to processes, technologies, and organizational structures are implemented smoothly and sustainably, with minimal disruption and maximum engagement from stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and implement change control procedures aligned with PMI and AACE best practices.
• Conduct comprehensive impact analyses of changes in scope, schedule, cost, and risk.
• Manage the evaluation, approval, and implementation process for change orders.
• Coordinate with Cost Control and Estimating teams to assess change impacts.
• Maintain detailed records of all changes and ensure full traceability.
• Prepare executive-level reports on change status and project trends.
• Manage regulatory and compliance-related changes within the project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Over 6 years of experience in change management and control of large-scale construction projects. Specific experience in projects exceeding USD 300 million.
• Deep knowledge of AACE and PMI change management methodologies.
• Specialized expertise in multidisciplinary impact analysis.
• Experience in contract management and contract modifications.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
