As a
Senior IT Project Manager
, you will oversee complex, enterprise level technology projects that drive efficiency, innovation, and scalability across the organization. You'll partner with senior leadership and cross functional teams to transform strategic initiatives into successful project delivery ensuring every outcome supports iQor's long-term vision.

What You'll Do:

Strategic Leadership

  • Lead technology programs that support business transformation and operational excellence.

Project Delivery

  • Manage end to end project lifecycles: scoping, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder alignment.

Methodology & Governance

  • Implement and refine Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid frameworks while ensuring compliance with governance and best practices.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with IT, Operations, Finance, and client facing teams to convert business needs into actionable project plans.

Risk & Change Management

  • Anticipate risks, develop mitigation plans, and manage change requests with minimal operational impact.

Continuous Improvement

  • Drive post project reviews, process optimization, and a culture of excellence.

Mentorship

  • Provide guidance and coaching to junior project managers, strengthening team capability and delivery maturity.

What You Bring

Education & Certifications

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
  • PMP certification required.
  • Agile (CSM, PMI-ACP) or ITIL certifications highly preferred.
  • Six Sigma Green/Black Belt is a strong plus.
  • English (C1)

Experience

  • 7–10 years of progressive project management experience.
  • Minimum 5 years leading IT projects or programs in enterprise/global environments.
  • Experience in both
    application development
    and
    infrastructure modernization
    .
  • Strong understanding of systems integration, cloud transformation, and IT governance.
  • Hands on experience with networks, servers, cloud platforms, telephony, and data center operations.

Skills & Competencies

  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Expert level proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project).
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to link IT initiatives to business outcomes.
  • Ability to lead through ambiguity, influence across departments, and drive organizational change.
