About the Role: Are you a strong communicator who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys helping others? Join our legal support team as a Remote Attorney Intake Specialist. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for individuals seeking legal assistance listening with empathy, gathering key case details, and connecting clients with the right legal professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from potential clients.
- Assess client needs and determine eligibility for legal assistance.
- Accurately document case details in the system.
- Maintain a professional, compassionate, and solutions-oriented approach during every interaction.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience handling inbound and outbound calls (legal or call center background preferred).
- Excellent communication and active listening skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Sales or client service experience is a plus.
- Comfortable working in a goal-oriented, performance-driven environment.
