Business Development Lead – Remote Accounting Services
Location: Bogota, Colombia
Type: Full-time
About the Role:
Assist Point Capital is seeking a driven and strategic Business Development Lead to help grow our international client base for remote accounting and finance services. You'll identify prospects, build strong relationships, and promote our platform to global firms seeking reliable remote talent.
What You'll Do:
- Identify and qualify B2B leads using digital tools and outbound strategies.
- Reach out to international accounting firms and business networks.
- Respond to inbound inquiries and present tailored sales pitches.
- Coordinate meetings/demos with internal teams.
- Manage client relationships post-onboarding.
- Update CRM and report pipeline progress.
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years in B2B sales or business development (preferred in finance, accounting, or remote services).
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with CRMs and lead-generation tools (LinkedIn, Apollo, etc.).
- Understanding of basic accounting/finance concepts.
- Organized, proactive, and target-driven.
- English proficiency; multilingual is a plus.
