As a **Business Development Representative,** you will generate qualified prospects as well as create strong and ongoing relationships with them to meet sales quotas.

**Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to**:

- _**Lead Qualification**:_Assess leads and determine their fit for the company’s products/services.
- _**Outreach and Engagement**:_Conduct outbound communication to build relationships and schedule meetings.
- _**Pipeline Management**:_Maintain records of interactions and progress within CRM tools.
- _**Collaboration**:_ Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align strategies and improve lead generation.
- _**Reporting**:_ Provide regular updates on KPIs and outreach performance.

**Minimum requirements**:

- **Studies**: A High School Degree is **required**. A Bachelor's degree is not required but is a plus, desirable studies in International Business, Business Administration, Foreign Trade, Finances, Logistics or any other career-related.
- **Experience**: At least 1 year of experience in sales, cold calling, lead generation, business development or related. Having experience in the logistics industry will be a plus but is not required.
- **Language**: Advanced English skills. C1 or higher is required.

**Perks**:

- **Schedule**:Monday to Friday from **8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m**. or **7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m**., following the American calendar.
- **Contract**: Indefinite term contract.
- **Location**: Only for Colombia, this position will be **remote**.
- **Salary**: $4,620,000 COP + Commission Plan.
