Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our custom software development and integration team. The BDR's primary responsibility will be to identify and cultivate new business opportunities. This includes building and maintaining the sales pipeline, generating and qualifying leads, nurturing prospects, and scheduling meetings for our account executive to close deals.

Key Responsibilities

● Qualify leads by understanding clients needs and readiness to invest.

● Initiate and manage outreach via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, etc.

● Set up qualified meetings and demos for our Account Executive.

● Maintain accurate CRM records, track outreach, and report on pipeline.

● Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to refine messaging and improve lead generation.

Requirements

Advanced english level

· Proven ability to work independently, prioritize, and achieve ambitious goals with minimal supervision.

· Excellent written/verbal communication; able to explain technical topics in business terms.

· Experience with CRM and BDR sales enablement tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).

· Familiarity with common business processes (finance, operations, budgeting, supply chain, etc.) and software optimization.

Not Necessary but Big Plus:

· Familiarity with custom software development/Artificial Intelligence integration workflows, and how technology drives ROI.

· or a strong interest and willingness to learn in these areas.
