Responsabilidades

Your Role 

As a Bilingual Retention & Loyalty Expert, you will:

  • Provide exceptional customer support via phone.
  • Solve customer inquiries efficiently and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Represent TP's world-class standards in every conversation.


Requisitos

What We're Looking For

  • Language Level: Advanced English B2+/C1
  • High School Diploma (physical copy required).
  • Availability: Training Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8AM – 5PM
  • Operations Schedule: Work shifts between 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM | 2 days off | 42 hours per week
