- Job Description: Collection Specialist able to keep good relationships while getting the payments expected from clients, verifying proper allocation and collaborating to solve issues on disputed invoices.
- Job Title: Collections Specialist
Reports to: Collections Manager/LATAM
- Location: Bogotá / Flexible

Key responsibilities and summary: Responsible for doing financial processing work in the company such as contacting customers and sales members to follow up on open invoices to pursue payment, informing payments received and preparing reports for accounts.

Activities in this job may include:

- Requirements
- 4+ years of relevant professional experience in the area. Advanced English, Portuguese and Spanish, especially for conversation. Demonstrated good skills in Excel and Microsoft Office. Good personal skills to interact with people and negotiating.

Desired
- Good experience with collections. Experience in working in a Saas or Telecom Company. Previous work with direct contact with customers. Software SalesForce, Workday, Esker
