We are looking for a skilled
HR Recruiter
to join our team and help us meet our hiring goals by filling

open positions with talented and qualified candidates. The ideal candidate will be responsible for

managing the full life cycle of the recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to

coordinating interviews and overseeing the onboarding process. The HR Recruiter will work closely with

hiring managers to develop and execute effective recruitment strategies that align with the organization's

goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates to fill open positions within the organization.
  • Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies and systems.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates through various channels, including
  • job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Collaborate with department managers to determine hiring needs and requirements.
  • Draft and post job descriptions on various platforms to attract top talent.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Prepare job offers and manage the hiring process, ensuring compliance with company policies
  • and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate databases.
  • Enhance employer branding through networking, partnerships, and social media engagement.
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires, providing necessary documentation and
  • support.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is a plus.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws is a plus.

Work Schedule & Compensation:

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Salary: To be determined based on experience
  • Indefinite-term contract, all social benefits included
